STEP 1

Fill out our Intake Form to get started. Doggy Lama will review this form to determine if we are a good fit. If you want to, you can also fill out the New Client Info Form. Most of the time we ask folks to fill that out (occasionally we don't need it because prospective clients live out of our service area or want services we can't fulfill). We need both forms before we have the new client meeting on the phone.

STEP 2

If you haven't filled out the New Client Info Form already, we'll ask you to do that. Then we'll schedule a new client meeting on the phone with you and the owner of Doggy Lama, Molly.

STEP 3

For walks: At least one of our senior staff, (probably including Molly,) and your assigned dog walker will come meet you and your dog at your home for the first walk. If you would like to meet your walker before the first walk, we charge $42 for a 30-minute meet-and-greet. For drop-in visits: We can arrange a time for the staff member to come and meet with you in your home prior to the first scheduled visit. We charge $42 for a 30-minute meet-and-greet, or $32 to just pick up or drop off the key.

Training

If you haven't filled out the training form already, we'll ask you to do that. Then we'll schedule an in-home consultation with you, the trainer, and the owner of Doggy Lama, Molly. Note: Please fill out Step 1 and Step 2 as well as the training form. We need all three! Thanks.
